- Bills, bills, bills. Please bring any and all bills.
- Driver’s license or State ID. Please visit the Secretary of State website if you’re unable to locate your driver’s license or State ID.
- Social Security card. Please visit the Social Security website if you have lost your Social Security card.
- Tax returns for the last two to four years. Please visit the IRS website to find your local IRS office if you are unable to locate your taxes. You can obtain a transcript of your tax return very easily.
- Proof of income (e.g. paystubs, unemployment statement, SS award letter, etc. etc.)
- Last two months of bank statements.
- The most recent statement for all retirement accounts.
- Copy of the closing statement or HUD for any real estate sold in the last two years.
- Profit and loss statement if you, or your spouse, is self-employed.
